Different questions than the book?

I bought this app and question set thinking that the questions would be identical to those in the pretest books. However, at least for the surgery questions, none of the questions that Ive looked up can be found in the actual Pretest book. Im not sure where the questions in this app are coming from.

I had heard that the Pretest Surgery question book was worthwhile to do, and I was hoping to do them easily with this app, but it doesnt seem to be true.
