Ive used the PreTest books successfully for most of my required clerkships, and theyre great, but this app leaves a lot to be desired compared to them. On the very first set of questions I generated, there were numerous questions with incorrect answers listed as correct responses. Thankfully the explanations tend to clarify the point they were trying to make with the questions. Navigation through the question sets is also buggy at best. After selecting an answer for question #1, Ill swipe to the next question and find that its skipped ahead to the fourth or fifth question in the series for no apparent reason. Ill stick with the books until this app gets a bit more sorted out.

The content is identical to Pretest. The info in pretest is solid for shelf prep. However, the app is incredibly glitchy and has not been updated for a while, yet you will be charged $30 per book. When you swipe from one question to the next, often times, questions get skipped. Also, at times questions when you swipe some questions are automatically answered. Also when you change orientation from portrait to landscape, questions that have been answered become unanswered. The same glitches are present on the iPhone and iPad.

I previously purchased the ob gyn questions as a standalone app. This app no longer functions on my iPhone 6. The standalone app has disappeared from the App Store, replaced by this. Obviously I will not pay $30 more to regain access to questions that I have already purchased but cannot use because the software has not been updated.
